Stunning pictures, sent promptly; especially grateful for personable James was when I had a couple of questions. The friend for whom this was a wedding gift was delighted.

On my way down from the Roaches after sunrise I stopped to admire this wonderful scene unfold revealing the small village of Blackshaw Moor on the edge of the Peak District Staffordshire Moorlands.
I stopped and grabbed this angle on my way home to show the distinctive shape and beauty of Shutlingsloe.
The gritstone on the summit of Shutlingsloe is glowing lovely in the morning sun, the ground beneath it frozen hard.
Clouds lingering at Butterton village, whilst the church of St Bartholomew dominates the surrounding landscape and the sheep graze.
