On the left you can see the rocky feature of Peaseland Rocks as the River Dove flows through Wolfscote Dale. The high ground in the distance in the sun is Drabber Tor.
High Weeldon is a great vantage point in the Peak District, this was taken prior to sunrise looking down the Dove Valley with the morning mist clinging to the River Dove.
Before sunrise, lights still on in the buildings and the fog lingering in the low ground which follows the river dove snaking though the valley.
Taken in Ilam, Staffordshire in the Peak District a few weeks ago in the first downfall of snow we had. Looking across Ilam Country Park (National Trust) making a lovely snow covered scene.
